Getting some great feedback on the new site...
We approached Hellier Langston to help them rebrand and market their business to a wider audience. Their existing website, built in Adobe Flash no longer worked on certain devices and they wanted a new identity to attract new business.
As part of the rebrand, we were asked to consider updates to their company stationery, website, social networking profiles, property signage and advertisement boards.
A high priority was to ensure that their own team could take control of administering their site content, news articles and new properties.
The site was built within our Content Management System, Serenity Source and benefits from news feeds, marketing brochure downloads and case studies for their core services.
The most important item in the build of their new website was a bespoke property search facility, allowing their prospects to search through a library of over 100 local retail, office and industrial units. An installation of Serenity Property, a database extension to Serenity Source, allows them to add new properties, imagery and documents for their audience to search through on the website.
Alongside the website we redeveloped their core stationery including business cards, document covers, particulars, headed paper, compliment slips and marketing boards to be placed on units they were managing. The updating branding we developed with Hellier Langston has now been rolled out across the business and on all units they manage and let.
Initial feedback from clients and suppliers has been very positive as the new brand cements Hellier Langston as a modern, forward thinking business. The visual appeal and impact of signage and advertisement boards has been noted on many occasions.
We are now working with Hellier Langston to develop email marketing campaigns which they can create, edit and distribute through Serenity Send.
