Last month saw the celebration of our 10 year anniversary. We celebrated this momentous occasion in style by heading to Bristol for a jam-packed two days of activities; off-roading 4x4 Land Rovers, speeding around a race track and surfing the waves.
We are thrilled to have achieved this incredible milestone and are taking this opportunity to reflect on some of our most significant achievements. From creating countless successful marketing strategies to building long-lasting partnerships with incredible clients and surviving the many curveballs life has thrown at us!
How did Serenity Digital celebrate its 10 year anniversary?
Our first activity of the day started at Castle Combe Circuit in Chippenham; where we took part in an off-road 4x4 Land Rover Discovery driving extravaganza. Following an introduction and safety briefing, we each took turns in the driving seat to commence the all-terrain experience. Greeted with nerve-wracking obstacles, deep pools, muddy inclines and steep descents!
For our second activity, we hit the race track at Castle Combe Circuit for a go-karting experience. Speeding around the 350m course, taking on the challenging corners and weather conditions; going head-to-head in an enduring 30 minute race.
We then headed to Bristol City Centre for an evening at Flight Club, the home of Social Darts. Here we enjoyed lots of delicious food and interactive darts competitions between the whole team.
The 10 year celebrations didn’t end there; the following day we journeyed to The Wave, an inland surf destination which hosts the ultimate surfing experience. Once we were suited and booted in all of the surfing attire (the term all the gear and no idea springs to mind!) we headed into the 11° water for our first surfing lesson. By the end of the 90 minute session, all of the team had managed to stand up on the boards, even if it was for a couple of seconds - it still counted!
Stuart Mullen, Serenity Digital’s Director says, “I can't take much credit for the planning that went into our 10 year anniversary event, what Pete organised for our team was second to none - thank you. Even though I wasn't very good at it, one of my highlights was the surfing event, it had that once-in-a-lifetime feeling like our velodrome experience from Christmas 2021. However, regardless of whatever we did, just having some quality time with the team, being able to reward them for their hard work and celebrating our continued success was my top highlight.”
