Firstly, we'd like to wish all our clients, suppliers, friends and family a very Happy New Year - here's to a healthy, happy and prosperous 2014 for all!

Returning to work after the Christmas break is never easy, particularly when the UK is facing such terrible weather, but we thought we'd try and throw some positive news your way with some friendly updates from us...

The Christmas close down is an important time for Serenity Digital to take stock of our position and to put some much needed time into developing our range of products. For current users of our powerful content management system, Serenity Source (and for those who are interested in using it in future) we've made some fantastic improvements in the last month alone.

Over the next couple of weeks we will be getting in contact with all our current clients and telling them more about these upgrades and additions and we'll also be launching an online help system to provide administrators with assistance when required. Please don't hesitate to get in touch should you want to learn more about Serenity Source.

Our content management system and powerful email campaign system are really helping our clients, but the Christmas break has also been a great time for us to begin working on some new products, so watch this space over the next 3-6 months as we launch new tools designed to help small to medium sized businesses across the UK.

We'll be building new modules to plugin to our content management system this year as well, which will join the ecommerce engine and property manager toolkit already available as bolt-ons for Serenity Source.

As for many, Christmas has also been an important time to relax and recharge the batteries whilst reflecting on our first 12 months in business. We had a successful first year, with many happy clients but 2014 is already showing signs of exceeding our initial expectations with projects coming close to launch over the coming weeks and new contacts showing interest in our unique approach to web consulting, digital design and software development.

Although the weather may be getting us down, we're focussing on improving our offering, expanding our range of tools and products and supporting our growing list of clients, helping them to achieve their aims in 2014! If you have some serious challenges in store this year, take a few moments and enjoy this video from TED which tells the story of 64 year Diana Nyad who swam non stop from Cuba to Florida for the first time ever, last year.

We sincerely hope that 2014 brings you everything you deserve; We've just passed the starting line, we'll see you at the finish.
